Juan and Manuel, father and son, are the production leaders of Las Brisas coffee farm, which focuses on sustainability and continuous development of the coffee and agricultural industry in Colombia. Las Brisas is comprised of approximately 40 productive hectares which includes their land as well as their neighbors. It works under the premise of efficiency and quality, constantly innovating in processes with the sustainability of the environment in the top of mind. One specific project they have implemented is their EcoMill which, along with other initiatives, significantly reduces the amount of water needed to process the coffee (more than 90%).
We absolutely love the unique flavor and rich fragrance this coffee delivers. Las Brisas (when translated to English means “Breezes”) instantly transports us replicaautomaticwatch deep into the serene landscape of the lush green mountains of the Colombian Coffee Region, where the production team is working hard to innovate and reduce our overall impact on the environment.
Our bags are made from eco-friendly materials: 60% compostable / all renewable film layers and degassing valve body.

I loved this coffee! I tasted this coffee and I was surprised by how smooth it was. The quality difference between Pure Joy coffee and the bitter coffee that we buy from big coffee shops (who shall remain nameless 🙂 ) is very clear once you taste this coffee. I wish I could say this is my favorite coffee but I tried Tamesis and Las Brisas and I can’t decide which one is the best. I love how delicate, smooth and delicious they are, also makes my house smell like coffee which I love.
I sent my aunt in Houston the Giraldo exotic, Las brisas and Tamesis, she loves all of them. I highly recommend Pure Joy coffees.
